Privacy Policy
Effective 5 November 2026
This policy explains what data Mycelarium Guides collects, why it is collected, and which third parties process it. The site is a static publication: you do not need an account to read it.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, address or payment details. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record technical data such as the page requested, the referring page, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser type, device type and the time of the request. This data is aggregated and used to understand which guides are useful.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site may set cookies or read local storage for analytics and advertising. Analytics helps us measure traffic; advertising helps cover hosting costs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from reading the guides.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 measures page views and engagement. Google processes the data under its own privacy terms.
- Adsterra may serve advertising and set its own cookies to measure and personalise ads. Its privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and processes request logs for security and performance.
- Steam is linked for store pages, news and achievements. Visiting those links takes you to Valve's services under Valve's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can disable cookies, use a browser's private mode, or install a content blocker. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal data, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period. Because we hold very little data, we may ask you to describe the request precisely.
Children
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our tools change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected]
